For the past several years, a girls’ empowerment group called Sisters of Nia led by City of Promise and Jefferson Area CHIP participated in a spring break camp hosted by Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital.

The girls explored topics like nutrition, physical activity, and how social determinants impact their health. As many of you know, this spring break Move2Health invited the girls to participate in a photovoice project. Here you will find the final product of their project!

Please share the video with your respective networks and/or friends/family. The girls worked really hard on this project, so lets show them the support they deserve!
